Position Overview
SJP Enterprises is seeking a reliable and professional Petroleum Hazmat Tanker Driver to safely load, transport, and deliver petroleum products. This role requires a strong safety mindset, excellent customer service, and adherence to all DOT and company regulations.

- Minimum 25 years of age

The Fuel Delivery Dispatcher plays a mission-critical role in our daily operations, serving as the command center for driver coordination and customer communication. This role requires a highly organized, decisive professional who can manage multiple priorities in real time while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
You will act as the central link between drivers, customers, and internal teams—ensuring efficient routing, proactive issue resolution, and seamless delivery execution.
Key Responsibilities
Route Strategy & Optimization
- Plan and manage daily delivery routes for a fleet of 5–10 drivers, maximizing efficiency, timeliness, and service quality
- Make real-time routing adjustments based on traffic, weather, and customer needs
Fleet & Operations Coordination
- Monitor driver progress using dispatch systems and GPS tracking tools
- Manage driver schedules, attendance, and daily workflow execution
- Coordinate closely with Account Managers and operations teams to meet service expectations
Customer & Driver Communications
- Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers and customers
- Handle inbound calls, service requests, and issue resolution with urgency and professionalism
- Maintain clear, proactive communication to minimize service disruptions
Safety & Performance Management
- Promote and reinforce a strong safety-first culture across the driver team
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, delivery accuracy, and operational performance
Data & Market Awareness
- Track fuel pricing trends and loading preferences to support operational planning
- Assist with data collection and reporting for driver performance and incentive programs
